Learning is all about identifying those gaps in our Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours, hence the KSB within the company name.

This also gives a link to my past as a Mountain Leader, Expedition organiser and lover of anything hill and mountain related. KSB boots were (and still are) my footwear of choice, hence the link to the footprint.

And yes, learning is a journey that at KSB Learning Solutions we try to take you and your staff on.

Malcolm Caudren, Director of KSB Learning Solutions has honed his facilitation and people management skills over 30 years of working in learning and development. Beginning with operational management and leadership in the Royal Air Force, he moved onto the training of recruits and then specialisations in deployment skills, first aid and nuclear, biological and chemical warfare. Further on in his career he facilitated leadership and management courses and specialised in teambuilding and communication. These skills he brought to the civilian marketplace in 2006, working firstly for one of the leading worldwide L&D providers and then, since 2012 on an associate basis. Malcolm brings over 30 years experience to his clients, understanding their needs and building effective, cost effective solutions to companies that otherwise would not be able to develop their staff in these areas.

He believes in making learning engaging, collaborative and fun, so that attendees gain a clear understanding and are able to apply their learnings in their workplaces.
